I asked a butcher to season my tri-trip and he VERY RUDELY said they don’t do that. I took my business to Smith’s where they’re happy to do that for me. Smith’s gets 5 stars! Lucky’s staff are so rude!

I just had the absolute worst experience at this store where a older tongan women harrased me after I had bought some meat, that was supposedly against their limit, then she went on to tell the manager I threatened her. She lied and the manager didn't ask me one question about what had happened. He didn't even realize I had already bought the meat, and told me to pay for the meat and leave. This store has terrible customer service, won't be going back. For heavens sake, I paid for my groceries, and they are harassing me, and for what?

Produce is of poor quality, even Walmart has better avocados. Selling stale donuts on weekends. Prices are quite similar to the other stores, WinCo Foods is much better and worth the extra drive.

I have one very specific thing that I buy when I go to Lucky's. It's chicken when it's on sale. In addition to that, this particular location on 7200 South Redwood wraps their chicken in a way that does not get chicken juice all over my hands and the bags. I know it may seem like a small thing but it's a big thing if I have to go and vacuum out the car afterwards. Keep up that good work!
